An AMC replaces the panic call when something fails with a known response and a known cost. We cover desktops, laptops, servers, NAS, switches, WiFi and printers, with scheduled preventive visits and on-call repair. Because the spares come from our own counter, repairs are not held up waiting for parts.
Comprehensive and non-comprehensive contracts are both offered.
