Tower servers for small offices and shops
A single quiet machine beside the desk that runs Tally or billing for the whole office, shares files and takes the backup, with no rack or server room needed.
Most small offices in Delhi do not need a rack. They need one reliable machine that holds the accounts data, shares it with five or ten desks, and backs itself up every night. A tower server does that, and a refurbished one does it at a very reasonable rate.
We size the server to the actual load, set up the shared folders, users and backup, and hand it over working with the client machines connected.
T40, T140, T340 and T440 towers, new or refurbished.
ML110, ML350 and MicroServer Gen10 for small offices.
Multi-user Tally, billing and inventory software installed and shared across the LAN.
Scheduled backup to a second drive or NAS so a disk failure is not a data loss.
Online UPS sized to the server so power cuts do not corrupt the data.
Common questions
Do I really need a server for Tally?
Once more than two or three people use the same data, a server stops the corruption and slowness that comes from sharing a desktop's folder.
Is a tower server noisy?
No. Office towers are designed to sit beside a desk and are no louder than a desktop.
Can it run Windows Server or just Windows?
Either. For small offices Windows 10 or 11 Pro is often enough; we advise based on the software.
